About the club/directions

The Rotary Club of Charleston, founded in 1920, is the "father" club of more than almost a dozen Rotary clubs in the Charleston area.

We encourage you to join us 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday at Holliday Hall Alumni Center near The Citadel's football stadium. (Map below.) If you don't know the way, here are directions:

From I-26 Eastbound:
Take Rutledge Avenue exit (219-A). Follow Rutledge for 1.2 miles, then turn RIGHT onto Huger Street. Follow Huger until it ends at Hagood Avenue. Make a LEFT onto Hagood, the Alumni Center is about 2 blocks down on the right side of the street.

From US 17 Northbound (coming from West Ashley) :
Immediately after passing the round Holiday Inn and crossing the Ashley River, exit the highway to the RIGHT. Stay in the exit ramp's LEFT lane and follow to the traffic light. At the traffic light, turn LEFT onto Lockwood Drive and continue .5 miles. Follow the road as it turns RIGHT and becomes Fishburne Street just before the Riley Baseball Park. Follow 0.3 miles to a stop sign. At the stop sign, make a LEFT onto Hagood Avenue. The Alumni Center is on the left.
